TRODAT IDEAL Plate Making Vellum is a very transparent vellum that produces excellent toner opacity in your laser printer or photocopier.

The high degree of transparency, excellent toner opacity, and the lack of visible fibers in the TRODAT IDEAL Plate Making Vellum provide a negative film with a very high degree of accuracy.

Water-Based Black Negative Film System

The system starts with TRODAT IDEAL Plate Making Vellum, a very transparent paper that is designed for use in your laser printer or photocopier.

Print or photocopy your stamp artwork onto the vellum, then expose the vellum and the Trodat Daylight AQT in your photopolymer exposure machine. Spray the water- based Activator onto the film and wipe clean. Rinse with water to stop the Activator process and blot dry. It's that simple. Once the negative is dry you can handle it like an ordinary film negative.

The TRODAT IDEAL iPXc is a patented post-exposure additive that effectively eliminates tack when used with "i" Series photopolymers and iLW washout additive.

iPXc has been scientifically formulated to produce tack-free plates with "i" Series photopolymers. Use of other wash-out concentrates or post exposure additives may not yield the same tack-free results.

The TRODAT IDEAL iLW is a cost-efficient liquid washout concentrate that effectively removes the uncured polymer during the washout stage. iLW provides excellent results and washout life whether it is used in automatic tank washout systems or hand-washing. This is an important step to producing tack-free plates.

iLW has been scientifically formulated to produce tack-free plates with "i" Series photopolymers. Use of other wash-out concentrates or post exposure additives may not yield the same tack-free results.

The TRODAT IDEAL iBooster is a washout additive that extends washout life in all water conditions. This is highly recommended for use when hard water conditions exist.

The iBooster is used in addition to the iLW washout additive.

The TRODAT IDEAL "C" Series Substrate backing sheets have been developed to provide unprecedented adhesion to the photopolymer.

The "c" series substrate also has excellent light diffusion which results in smoother, more consistent backgrounds.

This tape provides a dam to keep the poured photopolymer in place over the cover film and negative.

It helps to insure even and consistent total die height. This disposable foam tape is easy and economical to use.
