TRODAT IDEAL PHOTOPOLYMERS

Our in-house research chemists have put over thirty years of photopolymer experience into developing new, tack-free, high definition photopolymers. These new photopolymers will exceed your expectations for flexographic performance excellence. TRODAT IDEAL "i" Series photopolymers have been scientifically developed to meet the requirements of a large range of flexographic markets and applications. The photopolymers have a wide exposure latitude which means better fine detail defintion.



TRODAT IDEAL i40 PLUS - PHOTOPOLYMER

TRODAT IDEAL i40 plus offers the proper surface energy to attract water-based inks, such as those used in stamps, as well as other flexographic printing inks. Excellent resilience and tensile strength make it one of the strongest 40A durometer photopolymers available. This is highly recommended for stamps, as it is soft enough to pick up ink on large bold images, yet resilient enough to offer excellent definition on smaller characters.

Suggested uses for TRODAT IDEAL i40 PLUS:

. Rubber stamps, labels, tags, pre-print liners, multiwall bags as well as a variety of flexible packaging applications.

. The tack-free surface and high resilience allow flexographic printers to perform longer and faster press runs without stopping for plate clean-up.



TRODAT IDEAL i50 PLUS - PHOTOPOLYMER

TRODAT IDEAL i50 plus offers the proper surface energy to attract water-based inks, such as those used in stamps as well as other flexographic printing inks. This polymer is recommended for stamp applications with very small, fine detail such as small type fonts and kanji fonts. Excellent resilience and tensile strength make it one of the strongest 50A durometer photopolymers available.

Suggested uses for TRODAT IDEAL i50 PLUS:

. Rubber stamps, labels, tags, preprint liners, multiwall bags, envelopes, paperboard, film as well as a variety of flexible packaging applications.

. The tack-free surface and high resilience allow flexographic printers to perform longer and faster press runs without stopping for plate clean-up.
